Concrete Screws

Concrete screws are usually made of carbon steel with high hardness, thick and short, and with strong penetration. The surface is smooth and round.

The material of the concrete has 45 steel or 60 steel, after wire drawing, annealing, nail making, quenching, and other processes,  the texture is relatively hard. Its function is to nail on some hard objects that other screws can't do. Since the material is very different from ordinary screws, it belongs to special screws. The concrete screw is very hard, thick and short, and has a strong penetration ability.

There are many kinds of screw rods for concrete screws, such as sliding rod, straight grain, twill, spiral, slub, etc.

According to different classification methods, concrete screws can also be divided into black concrete screws, blue concrete screws, color concrete screws, countersunk concrete screws, K-shaped concrete screws, T-shaped concrete screws, galvanized concrete screws, and so on.

Screws in daily life is the most common accessories. Especially in decoration, screws are the most used tools,. The screws are also divided into a lot of types, and different kinds of screws in the use are also different. Concrete screws now commonly used in decoration for its hardness are relatively strong and is not easy to break the walls.

What's the difference between concrete screws and steel screws

From the chemical point of view, concrete screws are steel nail. Its carbon content is less than that of an iron nail, and its hardness is stronger than an iron nail. In terms of use, the concrete nail can be driven into a concrete wall for fixation. Steel nails are steel wire products used to nail objects. It is widely used in industry, agriculture, construction, civil and other aspects. It is mainly used to fix the object with less axial separation force than a small diameter shear force. It has the characteristics of simple processing, convenient use, and fast nailing.
